Liar and Scammer.

This review is misleading and contradicted by the actual message history.

The customer first contacted us at 11:50 PM on Sunday night. We responded and explained the process clearly: she would be provided with the tracking information once her order was dispatched. Tracking information can only be generated and provided after an order has actually been shipped.

Despite receiving this explanation, the customer continued sending repeated messages and spamming us. At that point, we decided not to respond further until we had actual tracking information to provide, rather than repeatedly responding without any new information.

Please also consider the timing. Her initial contact was at 11:50 PM on Sunday, and the Google review was posted the very next day. Not even 12 hours had passed. She was expecting tracking information during a period when the order had not yet been dispatched, even though we had already explained that tracking would be provided after dispatch.

Furthermore, the amount was refunded at 1:28 PM, and the customer was informed through a message that shows as read (blue tick). The Google review was then posted at 2:12 PM on 24 August, almost an hour after the refund notification. The computer timestamp in the screenshot clearly shows the timing.

The evidence speaks for itself: we responded to her initial message, explained the tracking process, issued the refund, and informed her of the refund before she posted the review.

If a customer has a genuine concern about a refund or order, there are proper channels available to resolve it. Public reviews should be based on accurate facts and the complete context, not claims that contradict the documented message history.
