We want you to love your new toys! If your purchase isn’t the perfect match, you can visit our store outlet within 7 days from the purchase date for a quick return or exchange.
📋 Eligibility Checklist
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item needs to be in “gift-ready” condition. Please ensure:
Mint Condition: The toy must be completely unused, unopened, and resellable.
Perfect Packaging: The box or packaging must be intact and free from dents, creases, tears, or scuffs.
Proof of Purchase: You must present a valid receipt or proof of purchase at the counter.
⚠️ Heads Up: Items that have been opened, used, or damaged cannot be accepted for a return or exchange.
💰 How Refunds & Exchanges Work
Full Refunds: Once our in-store staff inspects and approves the item, we will process your refund. Please note that original shipping charges and any bank or payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Easy Exchanges: Want to swap it for something else? You can exchange your item on the spot, subject to what we have in stock.
